XCloud Is The Future Of Xbox Gaming

By  |

Microsoft announced their new XCloud feature which would most likely be how Xbox games will be stored in the future.

The Verge reported that the XCloud will be for a new low-powered model that will use game streaming to push titles onto a screen. The issue with streaming games from the cloud is the latency-related issue but it is said that Microsoft might have figured that out as well.

It was added that Microsoft will still release a model that is based on physical hp that can play physical games and games bought online and that this will be released as the more expensive version while the XCloud version will be sold as the more affordable version.

We know that Google is also working on something similar so it does not surprise us that Microsoft would be working on something like this. Of course, it is still too early to start speculating about the next console from Microsoft right now so let’s wait and see.
