Volkswagen T-Roc Cabrio Still No The Table Despite Feedbacks

By  |

A lot of people thought that it was just false rumors so we were all surprised when Volkswagen actually announce the convertible version of their T-Roc SUV.

While it will definitely turn more than a few heads, a lot of people feel like it is not the most practical option. Even some of the execs admitted that the T-Roc Cabriolet does not make much sense but it is clear that Volkswagen is sticking with it.

According to Jurgen Stackmann, sales chief of Volkswagen, the market for such a vehicle is not huge but they want to make it and felt like they should be doing it.

The vehicle’s production will start in the second half of 2020 and it will be built in Germany. We are expecting to see a few concepts of it these few years. In fact, the actual production model might even get some upgrades since the current design will also be a few years old.
