Verizon Samsung Galaxy S3 Suffers Setback, Other US Carriers Unaffected (Yet)

By  |

Annoyingly enough for all of us who have pre-ordered the Samsung Galaxy S3 and expected shipping to take place by 9th July, it has now been pushed back to 10th July.

Verizon Samsung Galaxy S3 release date pushed back 24hrs

This may not seem like much of a difference, but when you are eagerly anticipating the arrival of a device which will replace your current 2 year old phone, it makes a difference. However it isn’t enough of a difference to cause us to worry about any problems with the device. The 10th July shipping date means we can hopefully expect it in stores by the 12th July.

The device in question is set to have a 4.8 inch Super AMOLED HD screen and a dual-core processor alongside 2GB RAM. It will also boast a whole host of software features that aims to outshine Apple and its iOS 6 update.

We hope that 28th June, the launch date of Share Everything remains the same – but we aren’t getting confirmation on anything from Big Red as yet. More on this as it develops. Have a good weekend folks.
