Verizon Galaxy S3 Jelly Bean Update Strikes Again, Looks Final

Last month we saw a leaked Verizon Samsung Galaxy S3 Jelly Bean build hit the web. It was believed to be an early build and while we didn’t go flashing it on our S3, we took consolation that this meant Verizon was getting closer to rolling out the 4.1 update for their Galaxy S3 model.

Verizon Samsung Galaxy S3 Jelly Bean update: final round?

Well there is some great new today which will no doubt put a grin on the faces of Verizon Samsung Galaxy S3 owners. A new leaked Jelly Bean update for the Verizon variant with build number VRBLJ1 has leaked. It’s already baked into a ROM or two and an ODIN file. So what makes this build so exciting?

A member of XDA who may be the one behind the leak hints that this is likely the final Verizon Samsung Galaxy S3 Jelly Bean build. If this is true then it means that it is more than likely bug-free and Verizon may be firing it out OTA officially from as early as next week on.

We’re going to try and contain our excitement for now but it certainly seems like the real deal given that this is the second leaked build in such a short timeframe. This suggests the previous build may been almost perfect already so there wasn’t much in the way of corrections. We’ll keep you posted as more develops.
