Official DROID RAZR MAXX HD Jelly Bean Update Now Available, Unofficially That Is

While Motorola did promise that their smartphones made in 2012 would be getting the bump up to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, their recent actions with some of their new Androids that were left on Gingerbread has many Motorola phone owners worried.

Motorola DROID RAZR MAXX HD Jelly Bean update leaked

Well there is some good news for Motorola DROID RAZR MAXX HD owners though as it looks like Motorola and Verizon have been working on getting the update out given that there is an official (albeit leaked) Jelly Bean build for the RAZR MAXX HD now floating around the web. Of course it isn’t wise to flash it on your phone as it may not be the final version and hence there could be some nasty surprises hidden inside.

In addition to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean features, the leaked Jelly Bean build shows us that the Motorola DROID RAZR MAXX HD will also be getting some new, enhanced security features which could come in handy in the event your phone is stolen. Otherwise it looks like your standard Jelly Bean with some BLUR touches.

The Motorola DROID RAZR MAXX HD of course is a powerful smartphone and its call to fame is the massive 3,300mAh battery under the hood which boasts 21 hours of talk time. Its other features include a Kevlar backing, 8MP camera, 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 1GB RAM, 4.7-inch AMOLED display, LTE and NFC.

Xbox 360, Playstation 3, Nintendo Wii, PC, iPhone and Android games keep Berke busy at work all day. Honestly though we’re not sure why we’re paying him as it should be the other way around.
