There has been a lot of talk about the Motorola XT907 which is an LTE handset that will be available with Verizon. Finally we have the full specs of the device along with photos.

Verizon Motorola DROID RAZR M: What we know so far

The Motorola Droid Razr M 4G LTE is the full name and it will have a 4.3 inch Super AMOLED display with 960 x 540 pixels. It will run on the Snapdragon S4 dual core processor from Qualcomm and it will have an 8 megapixel camera and 1GB of RAM. The camera will be able to take 1080 p video and there will also be a 3 megapixel camera on the front of the device that tops that of the previous gen RAZRs as well as the Samsung Galaxy S3. It will offer 8GB of storage and have support for external storage.

It will also have support for NFC along with GSM/UMTS HSPA+ global roaming. The device will run on Android 4.0 and have navigation keys in a virtual row in a similar way to the Photon Q and the Atrix HD. The back is designed in Kevlar and the display will be protected by Gorilla Glass 2. Its depth is 8.38mm.



As for pricing, it is expected to fall below heavyweights like the Samsung Galaxy S3 and sit at $149.99 with a two-year contract. Its official debut looks pegged for September 5th alongside the Motorola DROID RAZR HD at a special event.
