Samsung Galaxy S3 Jelly Bean Update Hits 2nd US Carrier!

Samsung seem to have pulled up their socks when it comes to updates for the Samsung Galaxy S3 here in the US. Today those who have the handset with T-Mobile are able to get the update, which happens to rolling out right now.

T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S3 Jelly Bean update now rolling out

Verizon of course is one of the carriers where updates have to go through a very long testing process. And so this explains why Sprint and T-Mobile are in front of the likes of the big boys, Verizon and AT&T, when it comes to updates.

The update should be making its way to your Samsung Galaxy S3, however if you don’t want to wait for a notification to get your hands on Google Now and Project Butter, you can check for the update yourself:

Just head into Settings> About device> Software updates. If you can’t get the update this way then you should be able to get it through Kies. No word yet on when the AT&T and Verizon Samsung Galaxy S3 will get the Jelly Bean honors.
