T-Mobile: We’re Bringing iPhone 5 But It’ll Be For Deep Pockets Only

By  |

The Apple iPhone 5 is making its way to T-Mobile and if you have been waiting to get your hands on the device then it probably feels like you have been waiting for ever.

T-Mobile always said that they wanted the iPhone, but they wouldn’t give in to demands from Apple as other carriers did, including Sprint.

Over in the US the iPhone is among the best-selling devices and all carriers, except T-Mobile, have it. Some people have even said that when the Apple iPhone 5 is revealed, T-Mobile will not have it, unless they are able to offer it without the subsidies of Apple. This was something that Sprint and the others couldn’t do and thanks to them having to apply the discounts of Cupertino they will not see a profit before 2015.

T-Mobile have been relying on the Samsung Galaxy S3 along with the LG Nexus 4 and as these do bring in money, some people have been wondering why T-Mobile didn’t give in to Apple demands, after all their cover is good and so are their prices. So is the iPhone really needed at T-Mobile? Owners with an iPhone can use on the pre-paid plans of the carriers should they choose to.

Well we will see as T-Mobile will be offering the Apple iPhone 5. The CEO said that T-Mobile will get within 3 to 4 months. So T-Mobile have not given in to Apple as the Apple iPhone 5 will be offered without subsidised plans. This means that you will be able to get the device, however you won’t get it for discount and so you will have to hand over $650 instead of $200 on contract.
