The 2016 Ford Focus RS, One, Two, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

By  |

The 2016 Ford Focus RS does have many things going for it, but one thing that it doesn’t offer is comfort. Another thing that is lacking is a ride that is thrilling. What is does have in its favour is the fact that it offers five doors and it is an all-weather vehicle.

The 2016 Ford Focus cabin is somewhat bland looking and many people have said that it comes with a look that is old fashioned.

Anyone looking for a vehicle that offers seating that is comfortable might not want to consider the 2016 Ford Focus. The seating is designed so that you do feel as though you are on a perch. When driving on uneven surfaces there is a lot of bobbing around.

Anyone who wants a comfortable drive and vehicle that offers up lots of power may wish to forget about the 2016 Ford Focus RS as it doesn’t offer any of this.

I took delivery of my Ford Focus RS yesterday after a seven month wait. Mindful of reports such as yours critical of ride quality I was worried that I would be getting into a kidney jolting, headache inducing track car that has no place on ordinary roads with all their ruts bumps and undulations.
Well I can report that my worries evaporated on day one. Those who criticize the ride quality are no doubt searching to find fault, similarly those who complain of the seat height and turning circle. They may be facets of the car which are least attractive but thankfully they are non issues for me. I am in my late sixties and like my creature comforts.
