Tesla Model 3: Won’t Deny Braking Issue

By  |

Consumer Reports pointed out this week that the Tesla Model 3 has a breaking issue. According to CR, the Model 3 has an inconsistent braking distance where each car is very different from the other.

In response to that, Tesla admitted that there is a braking issue with their Tesla Molde 3 but added that it can be fixed with a firmware update that they will be releasing soon.

Elon Musk also added that the vehicle that CR tested was an early production car and they would request CR to test the Model 3 once more on a newer model which not only has lower wind noise but also be better ride comfort. Those were some of the critics that CR gave the Model 3 after testing it out.

We do not know if a retest will be done by CR anytime soon but at least Tesla is aware of their issues and is working to get it right for their customers.
