While it is easier said than done, a vegetarian diet might be the best prevention from early death from diseases and ailments. The idea is simple to follow, but moving to a vegetarian diet may prove difficult for many.
We’ve always heard that a vegetarian diet is generally a healthier choice and now there is data to backup that nearly one-third of deaths can be prevented early.
One interesting thing to note about the study is that it didn’t link physical activity or cancer to the reduction in early death rate by one-third. This would technically make a vegetarian diet in moderation (i.e. controlled to prevent overweight issues) the best long term health plan for any individual.
The study further goes to show that well balance vegetarian diets are nutritionally safe and adequate.
