Skyrim Dawnguard Silence As PS3 DLC Grows Nearer

By  |

We’ve been watching with interest with the problems getting Skyrim Dawnguard onto the PS3 since it was launched. There’s been nothing but disappointment for these fans, especially after spending hundreds of hours on the PS3, with only a few lucky ones getting to test all the DLC on an Xbox 360.

Skyrim Dawnguard chatter goes silent just as PS3 DLC was expected to approach

There have been Tweets from Pete Hines up until recently about the PS3 Skyrim Dawnguard, but all has gone quiet this past fortnight, says Product-Reviews.

So, Hines has fallen silent about Dawnguard Heathfire and future DLCs for the PS3. This could mean anything, but many people think that this is a sign that Skyrim is ready for release on the PS3. Clues about this have been spied in the recent 1.8 patch.

It’ll be interesting to see how Skyrim Dawnguard will come out on the PS3. Will it have a regular price tag, or be offered as a freebie to make up for the delays. Fans will be waiting eagerly to find out sometime in the next few weeks.

Hines may well have fallen silent because he’s got over the PS3 issues and is hoping that Skyrim fans will follow suit. This isn’t likely, though, and Bethesda will have to deal with this sometime. PR reckons, though, that Skyrim Dawnguard is heading to the PS3 very soon.

We’re not sure what we would do without Dwayne, especially on those days when we have a great scoop and our servers can’t handle the influx of traffic.
