According to Skoda, the concept will be fitted with a plug-in hybrid engine that will be delivering about 242hp. Skoda also added that the vehicle will be able to offer about 43miles of an all-electric drive.

The plug-in hybrid engine will be made out of a 1.5-liter TSI turbocharged four-cylinder engine that will be offering about 148hp and an electric motor that delivers about 101hp. The vehicle will need about 7.1 seconds to go from 0-62mph and has a top speed of 130mph.

The Vision RS model will also show us how future Skoda models will look like. It will also preview a future compact vehicle which many believe could be call the Rapid when it arrives next year.
