There Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge comes with two chip options, the Snapdragon 820 as well as the Exynos chip by Samsung. While in general, these two chips should be equally powerful, which chip is the better one to own?

When it comes to gaming performance, the Snapdragon 820 is said to be the better chip to own but when it comes to overall performance, Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge powered by the Exynos is said to be the better version.

That is because the Exynos chip has a better battery life, better DAC and those that has tested out both versions also commented that the device seems to be faster when running on the Exynos. The slow mo camera problem which seems to be a common issue on the Snapdragon version does not affect the Exynos version.

It is also concluded that the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge running on the Exynos processor has a better performance in general.
