Samsung Galaxy S6: What People Hate Most About It

By  |

The Samsung Galaxy S6 along with the Edge handsets are superb devices but there are many reasons why they didn’t manage to sell as many units as the S7 and the S7 Edge.

What put many people off from purchasing the Samsung Galaxy S6 was the fact that it didn’t support expansion by microSD. This has been a big complaint from people about the S6 and S6 Edge and they have made the issue known on Reddit. Another thing that came in close was the thin-edged design of the S6 Edge, which many people said was unwieldly.

However what people hated the most about the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge was the poor battery life it offered. Before the handsets were given the update to Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, owners couldn’t use the devices long before they had to charge them. Many people said that they didn’t last a full day.

Of course Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow did take a long time to reach the Samsung Galaxy S6. Many people said they wouldn’t have updated to the Samsung Galaxy S7 if it hadn’t been for the poor battery life of the handset.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 offers the 2,550mAh battery and the S6 Edge the 2,600mAh battery. The S7 comes with the 3,000mAh battery and the S7 Edge offers the 3,600mAh battery.
