Samsung Galaxy S6 Gets More Attention Than Note 5

By  |

The Samsung Galaxy S6 seems to be shown a lot more love than the Samsung Galaxy Note 5. This is down to the fact that Samsung revealed a beta version of Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.

Just weeks ago the Samsung Galaxy S6 was given a beta test in the UK and with it come plenty of updates visually along with improvements to Google Now on Tap and Doze.

If you first look at Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow update at first it seems to be just a minor update. It did however bring plenty of upgrades with it and some of these may be found below.

1. Additional Quick Settings toggles for Private Mode in the status bar.
2. A new set of emoji characters.
3. In fingerprint identification, vibration occurs only when it’s not recognized.
4. A new “Install Overnight” option, where an update installation can be set at night between 2:00 and 5:00 a.m.
5. A customizable Edge panel, where its transparency and size can be adjusted (it can also be updated with new ones online).
This isn’t the whole list of things of course but what do you think about the update for Android 6.0 Marshmallow to the Samsung Galaxy S6?
