Samsung Galaxy S6 Enjoys More Love Than Note 5

By  |

Owners of the Samsung Galaxy S6 believe that their handset gets more love than the Note 5. This is due to the fact that Samsung launched the beta version taking the device to Android 6.0.01 Marshmallow. However the same didn’t apply to the Samsung Galaxy Note 5.

Just weeks ago the beta version of Android 6.0 Marshmallow was revealed to owners of the Samsung Galaxy S6 in the UK. The update brought a lot of visual improvements to the device including updates to Google Now on Tap and Doze.

Some people thought that the update might end up being a small one as it was a beta. However it wasn’t and in fact it came with lots of features and upgrades.

Some of these are listed below, however as you will see this is not the full list.

1. Additional Quick Settings toggles for Private Mode in the status bar.
2. A new set of emoji characters.
3. In fingerprint identification, vibration occurs only when it’s not recognized.
4. A new “Install Overnight” option, where an update installation can be set at night between 2:00 and 5:00 a.m.
5. A customizable Edge panel, where its transparency and size can be adjusted (it can also be updated with new ones online).

Have you been given the update to Android 6.0 Marshmallow for your Samsung Galaxy S6 and if so what do you think of it?
