The Note 2 is a part of the Galaxy series of devices from Samsung, however it comes with some features that the remainder of the series don’t offer. Now one of the key features of the Samsung Galaxy Note 2, Multi-View, is being made available on the Galaxy S3 and the Galaxy S2, along with the first Note, thanks to the Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update reports LatinoPost.

Samsung Galaxy S2 Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update bringing multi-windows

Bear in mind though that Samsung have just started the roll out of Jelly Bean 4.1.2 to the Samsung Galaxy S3. The Samsung Galaxy S2 and the Note at the moment haven’t got the official update, however it is thought that Samsung will roll it out over the following months.

The update to Jelly Bean 4.1.2 will bring multi-view to the devices listed above. This means that two apps can be run side by side on the screen and changed independently of each other. The Note 2 is a superb multi-tasking device and it seems like other devices, even the older models can be too.

Samsung also introduce a new Gallery app, taken from the Samsung Galaxy Note 2, in the update for the S3, S2 and original Note device. Other features include the Smart Rotation and a keyboard that is similar to Swype.

Xbox 360, Playstation 3, Nintendo Wii, PC, iPhone and Android games keep Berke busy at work all day. Honestly though we’re not sure why we’re paying him as it should be the other way around.
