Samsung Galaxy Note 7R: How Close Are We?

By  |

There have been a fair amount of reports claiming that the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 refurbished models might be released soon but so far, Samsung has not revealed or announced anything. So how close are we?

According to The Investor, the refurbished Samsung Galaxy Note 7 has already gotten the approval of the US Federal Communications Commission and that it now needs the certification from the National Radio Research Agency before it can go on the shelves.

Based on the past, it is believed that it will take the National Radio Research Agency two to four weeks to conduct the test. This means we could be seeing the device by June this year.

Since it is a refurbished device, everything you will get will be the same as the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 but this refurbished model will come with a smaller 3200mAh battery and will come with the Android 7.0 Nougat OS.
