Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Battery Life Complaints Continue On

By  |

One handset that has done well since its arrival on the market is the Samsung Galaxy Note 5. However Samsung have had to struggle in making a device with bigger displays and making sure that the handsets battery is still big enough. Generally they have got this about right but with the Note 5 they didn’t make the battery big enough.

The battery of the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is 3,000mAh and it is smaller than the battery that arrived on the Samsung Galaxy Note 4. Some owners were worried about the size of the battery but perhaps they shouldn’t have been as tests were made. They showed that the battery lasted for about 27 hours and 30 minutes. It does come in behind the battery of the Samsung Galaxy which came in at 28 hours and 46 minutes though.

The Android update is said to have had a bad effect on the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 battery life and owners of the device have been in the forums talking about the effect that the update has had on the battery.

But do you own the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and have you updated and have you had issues with the battery since updating?
