Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Unlock Takes Users By Surprise

Owners who chose the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 on Verizon have been left holding a device that has a bootloader that cannot be unlocked. However now an unlock has taken users by surprise.

The unlock comes from a modder with the name of Beaups. Thanks to some ADB commands you are now able to unlock your bootloader on the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and then enjoy a while new world of mods.

The unlock will change the CID of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 to that of a developer CID. You are going to need some things and they include a microSD card, ADB that works and your device has to be rooted.

It works by pushing a file to the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, which you can then run in root and then reboot your device a few times.

Once you have unlocked the bootloader of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 you are free to install custom recovery and ROMs.
