Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Overshadows S4 Limelight [PICS]

The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 has just come out and it is very popular indeed. However rumour has it that we could see a Note 3 very soon and this could have a screen that is even larger than that of the Note 2.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 joins S4 in November rumor mill

Rumours were floating around that we would see a Samsung Galaxy S4 before too long, but if the latest rumours about the Note 3 are true, then the Note 3 could come along and steal the limelight. At the moment the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is one of the best Android handsets on the market, with some saying it is the best, period. The S3 and the LG Nexus 4 look like dwarves at the side of it when it comes to features and the display. Samsung therefore have a lot of work to do if they want to beat their own Note 2.

Leaked certifications tell us that the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will be a larger version of the Note 2, instead of being a totally new device. It is thought that this device will be shown off by Samsung at MWC 2013. This of course is the event where all flagship devices are shown off and where we expected the Samsung Galaxy S4 to be unveiled (maybe it will be moved up earlier to CES 2013?).

But are we ready to embrace a newer Note device? The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is packed with amazing features, with its only criticism being it may be too big for some people. So a bigger screen wouldn’t be a big help. Unless of course it has a YOUM display.

There had been news of the Samsung Galaxy S4 coming our way with an edge to edge display which was also flexbile (YOUM tech). So this does make you sit up and wonder just what the Note 3 will have. We should also bear in mind that Samsung have confirmed that the YOUM display will be in production early next year. So maybe the Galaxy range will get a taste.
