Samsung Galaxy Note 2 US release date

ComputerWorld has said that they got an invitation that said that the next big thing was here. While the invitation didn’t say that it was for the release of the Samsung Galaxy Note 2, saying the next big thing is an indication.

The Note 2 goes on release in South Korea on Wednesday and the device will be rolled out to 128 countries on 260 carriers, with the UK being among the first to get their hands on the device. The device will then head over to the US.

With a screen of 5.5 inches, it is the next big thing from Samsung. It comes with Gorilla Glass coating and has an 8 megapixel camera with LED flash and autofocus. The camera takes 1080p video and there is a 1.9 megapixel camera on the back of the handset. It is powered by a quad core 1.6GHz processor and has 2GB of RAM. It will be available in 16GB, 32GB and 64GB versions and supports microSD up to another 64GB. The handset has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4, runs on Jelly Bean and has the S Pen tech.

Around 12 million units of the original Note have been sold and it is thought that the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 will be just as popular.
