If you own a Samsung Galaxy Nexus that has Android 4.1.1, then you will be able to get the new camera APK that comes from Android 4.2 right now. This will allow you to enjoy the new features of the camera, which includes Photo Sphere and gallery.

Photo Sphere allows users to take 360 degree photos in a panoramic setting, which can then be shared in things such as Google maps. This is just one of the numerous features that come with Android 4.2, which has the Jelly Bean name as opposed to being Key Lime Pie.
