We have seen the Samsung Galaxy J7 on Geekbench and the handset was running on Android Nougat. It is thought that the phone maker will be launched the 2017 J7 very soon.

It was said that someone who had gotten hold of a prototype version of the Samsung Galaxy J7 ran the device on Geekbench 4 and this gives us an idea of what the device might offer up.

The model number on the benchmarking is SM-J727P and it scored 889 and 4200 for single core and multi-core. The listing tells us that the device offers the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor which clocked at 2.21GH and it comes with 2GB of RAM.

Should the Geekbench listing be accurate then fans of Samsung would be happy as the 2017 Samsung Galaxy J7 would come with the next gen processor and RAM increase.

It is thought that the 2017 Samsung Galaxy J7 will offer up a camera of 13MP and one of 5MP and it may have a battery of 3000mAh.
