Resident Evil 7 Just The Tip Of The Iceberg For Capcom

By  |

While Resident Evil 7 was never really released for the Nintendo Switch, Switch users in Japan did get a chance to play the game as it was offered by Capcom as a streaming-only game. It was a huge success and it looks like Capcom might be ready to bring in more games to the Switch this way.

According to the Wall Street Journal, Capcom will be revealing a few more cloud games for the Nintendo Switch soon although they did not mention which one of their games will be offered by Capcom. The benefit of getting games this way is that players can actually get games that are more graphically and technically demanding that the Switch can support but then again since it is streamed, the internet connection is very important.

However, despite the downside, some people still think that game streaming will be more popular in the future.
