Rainbow Six Siege Has Made DLCs Better For All

By  |

Rainbow Six Siege has managed to make DLCs better for everyone and they will continue to do so in the future. The VP of live operations has said that the company learned a lot for how they release DLC for the game and how to monetize the DLC.

With Rainbow Six Siege gamers only have to pay for the content that will customize characters or when they want new ones, the maps for the game are free of charge. The VP said that if DLC isn’t adding something on top of the experience of the game then it isn’t any good, as you are asking for money for all the wrong reasons.

The VP went on to say that if gamers wanted to enjoy the full game experience it should not be locked in the DLC. DLC should be offered to players and then can buy it or not without their being consequences. They monetize the game by offering new characters and customizing them, of course if players don’t want to do this then they don’t have to spend money.

Two new operators are going to be launched for Rainbow Six Siege on November 24 and they are available to all players.
