A few events are already going online to deal with the pandemic and another one that will be joining the list will be QuakeCon as the Bethesda has now announced the new name for the event “QuakeCon At Home”.
The event was originally canceled in March and now, the new digital version of the event will be taking place on the 7th of August to the 9th of August. According to Bethesda, there will be live streams, tournaments, fundraising, and more importantly, a few fun secrets.
The event has been going on until the 90s and was set to take place in Texas this August. The event is known for hosting some of the biggest LAN parties in the world but that probably will not happen anymore this year but we might see it return when things get back to normal in the future.
So far, Bethesda has already announced a few games including the Ghostwire Tokyo and Deathloop. We are also hoping to hear about The Elder Scrolls VI.
