PS3 Skyrim Fans Expecting Dawnguard & Hearthfire Discounts

By  |

Some reckon that many PS3 owners had given up on the DLC packs for Skyrim and traded their consoles in for an Xbox 360. Others are who did hang in now have the good news of DLCs finally coming in, and are now waiting to see if Bethesda will offer some kind of compensation for the delays associated with the expansion packs.

Skyrim PS3 Dawnguard & Hearthfire DLC: should there be price reductions?

Bethesda says that the first DLC pack for the PS3 will be Dragonborn, and it’ll be out next year. There’s no set release date for Dawnguard and Hearthfire, and Bethesda has asserted that Dragonborn is the easiest to release, which is why it’ll be out first.

Forums are now buzzing with people wondering about the release dates for the other two DLC packs, and they’re also discussing whether these packs will have discounts applied to them given just how late they are coming.

The rumours of a discount have started mainly because Bethesda said they hadn’t confirmed a price for the DLCs for the PS3 yet. This has made many wonder if it’ll be a bit cheaper. We’ll see.
