PS3: DLC Gap Between Dragonborn, Dawnguard & Hearthfire Could Be Just Weeks

By  |

Xbox 360 owners have 3 Skyrim DLCs more than owners of the PS3, so you can imagine how upset those who favour the PS3 are.PS3: Dawnguard & Hearthfire Skyrim DLC may be just weeks behind Dragonborn

However Bethesda has said that Dragonborn will be coming to owners of the PS3 early this year. Dragonborn is the first of the Skyrim DLCs to be released for the Sony console as it was said to have been the easiest to release. The other two DLCs will then follow.

We can gain insight into the delays to getting the expansions onto the PS3. Bethesda may have been having issues with compatibility with the DLCs. Rumours were going around that these were due to lack of RAM. However Dragonborn is coming and it may be that Dawnguard and Hearthfire may follow in its path.

So when can owners of the PS3 expect to see Dawnguard and Hearthfire? Given that Dragonborn may only be weeks late for the PS3 compared to the Xbox 360, we could see the other two DLCs come weeks after. Why? Bethesda have managed to work out the issues that caused the delays in getting DLCs to the PS3 already. Secondly there are rumors of two more new DLCs coming our way followed by a Skyrim 6, so Bethesda would love to get the two older DLCs out of the way ASAP. That’s my prediction at least.

Dwayne is a jack of all trades. Not only is he an executive editor and collaborates on many stories here at Autoomobile, but he also does artwork and handles the running of the website on a daily basis. We’re not sure what we would do without Dwayne, especially on those days when we have a great scoop and our servers can’t handle the influx of traffic.
