There were a lot of speculations on whether Porsche was really working on a four-door coupe version of the Porsche Cayenne and it looks like we have an answer now.

According to Autocar, Porsche will be working on a four-door coupe Porsche Cayenne and that the new model will be arriving by the end of 2019. When the new coupe model arrives, it will be coming to compete with models like the BMW X6.

To make sure it does not get mistaken for any other models, the Porsche Cayenne Coupe will be getting a new front bumper, taillights, liftback tailgate and more. It was also added that the vehicle will be coming with a 2.9-liter twin turbo engine and the 4.0-liter twin turbo V6 engine. There was speculation about a hybrid option but we will have to wait and see.

Looking at how well the BMW X6 is doing right now, it made sense that Porsche would make this move.
