Pokemon Sword & Shield Competitive Training Won’t Scare Off Newcomer Now

While most of us do enjoy some casual battling, entering the world of competitive battling is a whole other thing with Pokemon and because of how complex it can be, most people will choose to just not take part or try it out.

Game Freak has revealed that they wanted their fans to feel like they can all give competitive battling a go bu making some changes to the system and they now have a new trailer showing off how the updated version works.

We got to see the new items called Mints which will let you change the effects of a Pokemon’s nature where players can change their nature to increase things like Special Attacks. Egg Moves which are moves that can only be learned from breeding can now be passed on just by leaving the Pokemons in the Pokemon Nursery.

In the new game, players can also access their Pokemon Box anytime so you don’t have to keep going back to the Pokemon Center to sort out your Pokemon and trying to breed the perfect fighter.

Pokemon Sword and Shield will be released on the 15th of November.
