Next-Gen 2019 Porsche 911 Design Would Make Fans Drool

Based on the latest spy shots of the sports car, there’s no reason to believe that the next-gen Porsche 911 would be anything less than beautiful. Some of the design elements its camouflaged prototypes couldn’t hide make this quite evident.

Porsche’s overhaul of its iconic nameplate is not due until 2019, but designer Trazione Posteriore has already created a render of how the German sports car would look like based on current prototypes spotted in the wild.

And what we can see is major changes to its rear end, just like the Porsche Panamera; except that it’s not going the Panamera’s way. Instead, the 911 would be inspired by the all-electric Porsche Mission E – featuring brand new tail lamps that cover the width of its rear fascia.

Changes to its front aren’t so prominent, but would adopt a look that’s not unlike the far pricier Porsche 918 Spyder. Its trademark round headlights are fortunately not going anywhere.
Overall, this render flatters the next-gen 911 with cohesive good looks. What do you think? Would you be happy if the redesigned vehicle ends up looking like this imagining?
