Motorola Droid Turbo 2 Complaints Keep Getting Worse

By  |

There hasn’t been anything that positive said about the Motorola Droid Turbo 2 as recently owners have been complaining about the handset over in the forums as they have having issues with the handset.

One of the many issues that owners of the Motorola Droid Turbo 2 are having is with a green line running vertically down the display of the handset.

This isn’t the only issue that has plagued the Motorola Droid 2 and one owner who has a device on Verizon brought up issues. He was told by the advisor that perhaps the issues were down to him dropping the device, but this is something that never happened as he was always careful with his handset. However he was told that while the device is shatterproof it isn’t shock proof.

So the Motorola Droid 2 is having a lot of issues and this is a real shame as it does have a lot going for it and it is a great handset.

I too have that problem. The green line suddenly appeared a few days ago, then gave birth to several more lines last night. If I squeeze lightly with my fingers to the left of the right speaker, the lines go away. Customer service at Verizon is atrocious and all they do is blame the customer. Waiting a month to get the phone back from Motorola is not an option. I need the phone. I opted to forego the hassle and bought a manufacturer refurbished LG G3. No more Moto and no dealing with jerks. Today’s consumer is not married to a brand or company. They simply want products to work and service to be hassle free. It would seem as if companies (Verizon in particular) would understand trends and do something to change their image. It is not about coverage anymore.
