Motorola Has 2 DROID Phones Locked & Loaded For September 5th Event [RUMOR]

Motorola are getting ready to reveal two new Android devices on 5th September. Rumour has it that they will be announced at an event which will be held in New York. It is thought that the devices will be the Motorola DROID Razr HD and the Droid M. There will be two version of the Droid M, a regular one and one that is for Verizon only in the US claims sources.

Motorola DROID RAZR HD & DROID M release date booked for next month (rumor)

The Motorola DROID RAZR HD is the follow up to the RAZR and is thought to come with a Snapdragon S4 dual core 1.5GHz processor from Qualcomm. It will have the Kevlar back and should be around 7.1mm in thickness. It is said to have a 4.6 inch display which is able to run videos at 720p and a batter of 2530mAh.

For the moment it is unclear which Android OS will be on the handset, many are expecting it to come with the latest which is Jelly Bean. It will have support for NFC and come with an 8 megapixel camera.

The Droid M is a bit of a mystery at the moment too but it is thought to have similar specs to the Razr but be lighter. The processor should also be similar to that of the Razr but without support for native HD video. Rumors have it that it will have the Kevlar back and it will have an 8 megapixel camera too. It should be priced lower than the Motorola DROID RAZR HD.
