Motorola along with Verizon have announced additions to the Droid family today in the form of the Razr HD, MAXX HD and Razr M. You can pre-order the Razr M from today and it will be available by 13th September, but will have to wait for the HD handsets until the fall.

Motorola DROID RAZR HD, MAXX HD & RAZR M specs now official

Both the Mootorola DROID Razr HD and the Maxx come with Super AMOLED display of 4.7 inches, have 1.5GHz dual core processors and an 8 megapixel camera. They also have support for NFC and have large batteries. The Maxx HD provides users with enough battery to last for 13 hours of video playback, and 21 hours talking or 8 hours of browsing. This trio of devices will carry Motorola into 2013.

The Razr M will be available for just $99 with a contract of two years and can be pre-ordered shortly. It comes with a near edge to edge screen, 4.3 inches and is Super AMOLED. It has a 1.5GHz processor and NFC and a long life battery. For the price it is a bargain device. It is thought that all of the handsets will be available in either black or white.
