We are not far off from the revealing of the Volkswagen Golf now and we are learning some new details about the upcoming model including the fact that an Estate option will still be offered this time around.
Previously rumors suggest that Volkswagen will do away with the Estate model along with the three-door but it was later confirmed by the car manufacturer that the Estate will not be killed off here. It was also added that the production for the Estate which is called the Golf Variant will be moved to Wolfsburg.
Of course, with Volkswagen already making it clear that they are not going to offer the Alltrack and SportWagen here in the US, chances are the Variant will also not make it over but those living in the Europe would be able to get their hands on it.
Volkswagen did promise that they will be delivering the first Golf before the year-end so we should not be too far off from the unveiling now.
