Microsoft Lumia 950 XL: One More Reason To Hold On

With the Microsoft Lumia 950 XL being a few years old and with Microsoft taking their own sweet time with the announcement of the next smartphone, a lot of Lumia 950 XL are already looking at new smartphones to upgrade to but the latest update from Microsoft might be able to convince the users to hold on to it for a little longer when they work on the announcement.

Microsoft will be offering the Windows 10 Mobile Creators Update soon and while Microsoft has not revealed the list of device that will be getting the update, ZDNet seems to have an idea of what devices will be included in the update.

According to ZDNet, the models that will be getting that upgrade will include the Alcatel IDOL 4S, OneTouch Fierce XL, HP Elite X3, Lenovo Softbank 503LV, MCJ Madosma Q601, Microsoft Lumia 550, Lumia 640/640XL, Lumia 650, Lumia 950/ 950 XL, Vaio VPB051 and the Trinity NuAns Neo.

Of course, the list might not be complete but luckily the wait is almost over. The update will be officially released on the 25th of April.

The Microsoft Lumia 950 XL will be sporting a 5.7inch display screen with 1440 x 2560 resolution. The device will be running on the Snapdragon 810 processor with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. It will also be fitted with a 20MP rear camera and 5MP front camera.
