Mazda CX-4: China Gets A Headstart

By  |

Mazda will be heading to the Beijing Motor Show this year to debut their new Mazda CX-4 too bad we might be getting it outside of China.

We still do not know how the production model will end up looking like but we do know that the new Mazda CX-4 will be designed based on the Koeru concept-car that we got to see.

According to the CEO of Mazda, Masamichi Kogai, the Mazda CX-4 will be manufactured and sold in China and that it will stay in China for the time being. Of course, they are not saying no to the possibility of the Mazda CX-4 heading to the other markets so there is a possibility that we might still get it in the future.

More details about the upcoming Mazda CX-4 will be revealed at the Beijing Auto Show but we bet a lot of people are no longer interesting now that we know that it will only be sold in China. What a bummer.
