Over at the Google Play Store it says that the LG Nexus 4 will ship in 1 to 2 weeks. However those who have ordered the device have said that they go their handset in just a couple of days.

CMLive reports that some owners of the LG Nexus 4 said that their 16GB handset arrived within 2 days. The owners placed an order when the device came into stock again and was expecting to have to wait for around 1 to 2 weeks. Many were very surprised to find out that he had the handset in his hands within 48 hours.

2 days is a lot less than the 1 to 2 weeks of the delivery date that Google has put on their website. There was a time when the delivery date for the device was 6 to 7 weeks.

If you have chosen to get the LG Nexus 4 from the Google Play Store you don’t have to worry as you can still order it online. This suggests that LG and Google may have worked out their issues with supplies of the device. When the handset went on sale stock ran out in 30 minutes. The second time it came into stock, stocks were drained in under 24 hours. At the moment the stocks appear to be strong and let’s hope that they stay that way.

The 8GB and 16GB version of the device are in stock at the Google Play Store and you will pay £240 for the 8GB, while the 16GB will cost you £280. There is a limit of two of each per order and you can expect to get the device in less than two days.
