LG Nexus 4 Price Outside Of Google Play Store Is Around $750

There is no denying that the LG Nexus 4 is a bargain in the Google Play Store for $299, if you can get your hands on the device that is. However it seems that LG may not be giving it away at such a low price outside of the Google Play Store.

LG Nexus 4 price outside of Google Play Store around $750

The Spanish Carphone Warehouse posted on their Facebook page that they will not be getting the LG Nexus 4 thanks to the recommended retail price of LG being set at 599 Euros. In Austria it appears that LG are asking 549 Euros or £279 for the 16GB version of the LG Nexus 4, with no mention of the 8GB version.

Customers have taken to using Facebook to vent their anger at these European prices. These include some countries in which Google is not offering the Nexus 4 in the Play Store, which means that those who want the device have no option but to pay the retail price of LG.

One user said that they were the worst company ever if they sold the device at 600 Euros in countries that couldn’t get access to the Google Play Store. They went on to say that the device was not worthy of having the Nexus name.

Another user said that they would never buy an LG phone every again (Italy).

The low price of the LG Nexus 4 is what has made the device so popular as it offers the same performance, if not better, than the Samsung Galaxy S3 and it cost half as much.

Google of course are known for their cheap devices as the Nexus 7 tablet is offered for $199. Google does not make anything from the tablet and in fact may be subsidizing it.

Overall, the average price of the LG Nexus 4 outside of the Play Store seems to fall in the $700 to $750 region, making it more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy S3.

Xbox 360, Playstation 3, Nintendo Wii, PC, iPhone and Android games keep Berke busy at work all day. Honestly though we’re not sure why we’re paying him as it should be the other way around.
