LG Nexus 4 & The False Promises Of The Korean Giant

By  |

If you were hoping that stock would improve for the LG Nexus 4 so you could get your hands on one, then you will be disappointed if you want the LG Nexus 4 8GB. We are now into February and the stock issues have not been improved for the flagship handset of Google as the device is still facing delays when it comes to shipping.

This news is shocking given that LG themselves said all these troubles would be behind us by February given that they projected they would have caught up with demand by then.

Following the LG Nexus 4 crisis all stock of the device was sold out. The handset came back onto the Play Store and the stocks for the 8GB and 16GB version of the handset was healthy.

If you decide to go for the LG Nexus 4 16GB then you can get it from Google Play for $349 and you will have to wait around 1 to 2 weeks. However it seems that if you want the 8GB version demand for it is high.

The 8GB version costs $299 and Google are now saying that if you place an order you will have to wait for 3 to 4 weeks before getting your hands on it. This means it would be around a month from purchasing the device, until you got it. This is far from ideal of course and it could put people off, especially when there are rumours of the Motorola Google X device coming out soon. It is thought that the device may top the LG Nexus 4 when it comes to hardware specs.

So have the LG Nexus 4 cause problems for you? Have you been put off from getting one or are you waiting patiently?
