LG Nexus 4 Will Be Gone For Good By Next Month, Along With Christmas Apparently! [Android 4.2 Bug]

By  |

Everyone feels the pinch in December and it is one of the most stressful months of the year. However Google have made an app that allows avoiding all of this. Google released the latest android, version 4.2 Jelly Bean, and it seems that they chose to leave out December altogether. So in fact, Android fans will find that they have just a couple more days to enjoy their devices before Google’s prediction of the end of the world. If you’re still waiting for your LG Nexus 4, you may wish to rethink your priorities at this point.

Android 4.2 Jelly Bean date bug

Jokes aside, if you have family or friends who birthday falls in December you will see that if you use the date picker feature to find this month, it is missing. There is November and then the year is over.

It seems that the bug is in the PEOPLE app and not the Calendar app of Android 4.2. Surprisingly, on the Samsung Galaxy Nexus with 4.2, the People app didn’t show November but did show December (maybe the Galaxy Nexus is set to retire itself given the launch of LG Nexus 4).

Google has not yet made a comment about this issue. Thankfully at the moment there aren’t many devices that are running the latest OS, and it was only released last week. It is thought that Google will be quick to remedy the situation before they become known as the Google who stole Christmas.
