LG G5 vs Samsung Galaxy S7 vs HTC M10: Who Is Boss?

It’s the battle of mythical proportions. Well, not really mythical, since they are still going to be released in the coming months. Smartphone enthusiasts would have something to look forward to this month, as the Mobile World Congress held from 22nd to 25th February would be showcasing a whole load of new phones.

But perhaps these three would be stealing the headlines: the LG G5, Samsung Galaxy S7 and the HTC One M10. If you could remember well, the LG G4’s response wasn’t as well-received as that of the Samsung Galaxy S6, but it still did favourably. With the launch of the G5, many have claimed that LG will be taking a completely different approach. And that just means it’s only going to be equipped with a Snapdragon 820 CPU, a camera with only 16-20 megapixels, a QHD display and a mere 3GB RAM.

Samsung Galaxy S7 still doesn’t have a confirmed release date, but it’s highly likely going to be late February. There isn’t much to be expected from the phone as it’s said to be the same with the S6 and iPhone, so think classy and elegant. In terms of camera, rumour has it that it will be positioned to the right and a bit lower (not sure if that would make any difference though). We’ll keep you posted as the progress develops.

Lastly, the much-anticipated HTC One M10 that’s codenamed as ‘Perfume’. It was a patchy road for HTC last year, so the company hopes for a comeback (or at least one) this year with its upcoming flagship. The M10 is speculated to have the same Snapdragon 820 just like the G5, but the camera would be impressive if rumours are true, since it’s going to have 23 megapixels. What’s more, it’s going to be equipped with a fingerprint scanner and be powered by a 3000 mAh battery pack too.

So, which are you looking forward to the most? From the way we’re seeing and hearing about the rumours, it looks like the HTC One M10 would be garnering more attention.
