LG G2 Marshmallow: Benchmark Test Keeps Hope Alive

By  |

At this point, most LG G2 users would have probably accepted the fact that LG will not be releasing the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update for the LG G2 but the device popping up on the benchmark test had them thinking that the update might come after all.

The Verizon LG G2 was spotted getting benchmarked. Not only was the device running on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow but the device also scored a pretty impressive score proving to their users that the LG G2 is actually powerful enough to support the new Android Marshmallow.

It might not be able to use some of the new features but the update should help improve the overall performance of the LG G2. Even if LG does not release an update, the benchmark shows that the LG G2 powerful enough to run the OS so maybe some custom ROM developers would take up a task of coming out with a custom ROM for the LG G2.
