LG G2 Gets Sweeter With Update To Android 6.0 Marshmallow

Owners of the LG G2 are getting the sweet treat of Android 6.0 Marshmallow just as owners of the LG G4 and the LG G3 have.

No one likes to be left holding a device that is outdated and while owners haven’t yet heard anything official from LG, there is reason to believe that the update is coming.

The Verizon version of the LG G2 was seen running on Marshmallow in benchmark tests and the results were good enough that it is safe to assume that owners will get updated to Marshmallow at some point. The benchmarks were with the device running on a custom version of the ROM.

So if you the owner of the LG G2 you might want to keep your eyes open for the Marshmallow update coming your way.
