Land Rover Defender vs 2017 Jeep Wrangler: The Tables Have Been Turned

By  |

It is looking as though the tables have been turned when it comes to the Land Rover Defender and it’s all down to the arrival of the 2017 Jeep Wrangler Africa.

Up until now we haven’t seen the arrival of anything that has beaten the Land Rover Defender but when the Jeep Wrangler Africa makes its way out it will bring four doors and a paint job of Desert Tan. The vehicle will offer a power dome vented hood, high clearance and steel bumpers at the front.

It has automatic transmission on the 2.8 litre diesel engine along with two inch lift kit and Fox shocks. It supports Dana 44 axles at the back and the front along with the Jeep Performance Kit and sway bar links.

We are expecting the cargo area of the vehicle to take on a clean looking appearance as the spare tire is hidden in the body mounting.

The tables may have been turned on the Land Rover Defender by the launch of the Jeep Wrangler Africa.
