There were already talks about Kia working on updating their Kia Picanto after it was spotted getting tested earlier this year and now Kia has officially revealed the facelifted Kia Picanto in South Korea.
The updates on the outside were pretty obvious including the reshaped front fascia with new LED headlights, sportier-looking bumper, and also an updated grille. The fog maps also get a new chrome trim now. In the back, the vehicle will be getting an updated taillight with a new LED signature, new reflector, and a diffuser. It will also get fitted with new 16inch wheels.
On the inside, the vehicle will be fitted with an updated infotainment system with an 8inch display. It will now allow two Bluetooth devices to be connected at the same time. In front of the driver will be the 4.4-inch display.
Powering it will be the 1.0 liter naturally aspirated gasoline engine that will be offering 75hp and 70lb ft of torque. The engine will be mated to a five-speed manual or four-speed automatic transmission. The Picanto base model will be offered for 11,950,000 won in South Korea.
