Jeep Don’t Want To Face Mahindra In The Us

By  |

It will like Jeep is not ready to share the stage with others as it was reported that FCA might file a US trade complaint against Mahindra to prevent them from bringing in the Roxor.

To be fair, the Mahindra Roxor does look like a Jeep clone and we can see why Jeep would not want that in the US market. The boxy body shape and the overall design does look like a standard Jeep model and could easily be mistaken as one if not for the Mahindra badge.

The fact that this Roxor would most like come with a much cheaper price tag would also be an issue for Jeep as people that are not that loyal to the brand would not mind getting it if it means that they can save more.

The Mahindra Roxor comes in with a 2.5-liter four-cylinder diesel engine that will be offering about 62hp and 144lb ft of torque. The engine would be mated to a five-speed manual transmission and will have a top speed of 45mph. It will also return about 32 and 34mpg on average.
