How well do you know your iPhone? Some people think they know all about their iPhone or iPad, but are actually missing out. With this in mind here are 5 great tips for every iPhone or iPad user:

iPhone: 5 tips and tricks

If you have scrolled to the bottom of a webpage or email you don’t have to scroll back to the top using your finger to swipe. All you have to do is tap on the status bar at the top where you see the battery life and time and you will be taken back up to the top of the screen.

If you want to make reading webpages on the iPhone easier you can tap on the reader button in the bar for the URL which is at the top of a webpage. On some of the websites this also gets rid of the adverts.

One of the bonuses to the iPad and iPhone is that it can open multiple apps at once. If you want to switch between these easily all you have to do is double tap on the home button and up will pop a tray with all the apps. You can then swipe through them and choose one to go to it. You can do this on the iPad by putting four fingers on the screen and swipe upwards with all fingers at the same time.

When you are not using your iPad you can turn it into a digital photo frame. Just flip the stand to make the iPad stand up and then press on the icon for the picture frame. Guests won’t be able to use your iPad because it will have to be unlocked before anyone can use any of the apps.

When using the camera on the iPhone you can use the volume up button as the shutter button for the camera.
